Eating is always force-feeding, OK?

Noneatarian
Better than organic . . .

I've long sensed that eating has been forced upon us since childhood, maybe earlier, but I don't precisely recall, so I was delighted to be made cognizant recently -- through Malcolm Pollack's link to this blog entry -- of how to develop an argument against eating:
Just to recall a basic fact: Eating/FIM is always force-feeding, plain and simple.

This is a developed recap from what I've been saying in various comments here and there in the last two years or so. As a rad-noneat I've always said FIM is force-feeding and I remember being disappointed to discover that so few radical noneatarians stated it clearly. How can you possibly see it otherwise? Food-in-mouth is the very means through which the world oppresses us, from which we are not allowed to escape, yet some instances of food-in-mouth or FIM and force-feeding may be chosen and free? That makes no sense at all . . .
And there's more wisdom there to borrow in my fight against food. Listen carefully. The mouth is clearly made for speaking, that is, for ex-pressing words. In short, for forcing things out! It is not ever for ingesting, e.g., such as for taking in food! Rather, the opposite!

Consider. Lips are there at the exit portal of the mouth and fortified with muscular power to prevent the entrance of food. Teeth are positioned there directly behind the more vulnerable lips so as best to grit themselves against incoming food. The tongue is there in the mouth cavity to repulse any food that gets past the lips. The uvula is there in the back of the mouth to initiate a gag reflex against any food that gets past the teeth. The throat is there behind the uvula to choke back up any food that gets past the uvula. The stomach is there below the throat to vomit up and out any last bits of food that gets past the throat, our final defense against food.

Sadly, some food does circumvent all these barriers and reach the die-gestive system, whereby it is assimilated to our horrible bodies and increases our miserable mass. Briefly put, food adds matter to our matter, and that is what the matter is with food!

These are the facts! Can anyone deny them? Certainly not! We must ex-press the word to make all people cognizant of the truth! Yes, we must all become Cognists of the truth, reject what the world offers as enticement, and finally escape our mad mass, our bad bodies!
