No wonder I never developed a taste for sipping vinegar! My preference is for sipping Pinot Noir. Nevertheless, when mixed with extra virgin oil (or just a virgin), it makes a fine salad dressing.
Pinot noir mixed with olive oil? I'd add a little vinegar to that. By the way, a splash of vinegar to soda water makes for a very refreshing drink - start with the splash. Add soda water.
