(cph here) Hmm; "And He Built A Crooked House" (Heinlein...pretty good one as I remember--involves crazy LA architects, tesseracts, and the San Andreas fault, I believe!!)
You're beyond my ken.

The photo definitely reminded me of it; though I believe the LA architect (with a maniacal and ill-advised penchant for hyper-spatial mathematics and stuff) decided to build an "unfolded tesseract" or hypercube; the day after it's finished and he and the realtor are touring some folks around in it, an earthquake makes the thing accidentally 'fold up' to some extent, resulting in entertaining views from one room of the house into the next, etc. etc. And then I believe a second earthquake happens in the night after that, and when they pull up in front the next morning, the house is completely gone! It's a good one. --Pete
Sounds like something to read - and I noticed that Ben's short stories are out and ready.

Yes, Ben's book of short stories, "The Fat Artist" is out there for a bit now. Some good stuff there. It's up for contention for the Dylan Thomas prize in a few weeks (as was "Bruno Littlemore"), he's hoping it at least gets him another trip to Wales!
Let's hope it does!
