I'm pissed!

Truly "scandalous Irish behavior" during the floods of 2000. I tip my hat to John Ray, from whom I've stolen the photo, and especially to professional Irishman Dennis Mangan, a man honest enough to call the Irish on their inexplicable actions during a major disaster.

Instead of making the best of a difficult situation by doing something productive like looting, these Irishmen show their typical Celtic lack of initiative by milling about at an outdoor pub drinking in public.

Just one question: Why wasn't I invited?
