Mr. Ernst's photography rarely fails to induce wonderment of his skill and the desire to be able to see the beauty he shows us through his lens.

Some of his photos capture that sense of mystery and awe that overwhelms us when we're out hiking in the wild and happen upon a peaceful scene like this one that has been there long before we were born and will be there long after we are gone.
